via Chinabyte

Briefing of the upper article posted in Chinabyte:

It's really very abnomal that blogs are alive (CN) without any controlling & ruling. The govt. must control & rule blogs for its healthy development. According to cn actual laws & regulations, there's no any existence condition for blogs; meanwhile we must face the active functions brought to our sociaty by blogs. So we must set up suitable pattern of controlling & ruling for blogs development. It's impracticable that the government controls & rules each bloggers, so the keypoint focuses on blog-service-prividers (BSP); (we should) carry out BSP Licence System, nailing down the responsibilities of BSP's monitoring & controlling bloggers.

I cannot understand why this jerk said that shit. I guess most cn-bloggers be careful enough to avoid stepping into the landmine field. One wont put himself into hot water when he realizes what Hot means.

Blogging Freely is just a kind of dreamnevercomestrue nowadays, but we keep blogging 'cause it's a way leading to the bright future. We're not isolated islands anymore, we're ROCK.

Recently "Page Not Found" shows on my screen frequently, a five-star monster-like hacker is destroying the cyberworld, lots of websites are blocked for this or that bullshit reasons. Shot the sheriff!

OTHER BLOGGERS' COMMENTS:
ZHENG: Who will be controlled & ruled by the law?: All the ppl have the rights of Free Press, Internet and blog is the sociality extension of this human nature. NO anyone, any organization have the authority to deprive of the liberty; perhaps someone can violate the liberty, BUT that does not mean its validity. In fact, there still have many BBS and personal websites, which illuminates the human nature cannot be controlled; it's general trends, not ILLEGAL.

Chiu Yung: Do blogs step into landmine field of law?: I think all along that under cn domestic internet circumstances, the arisen individual publicating would cause govt. attention inevitably and be controlled & ruled soon or later. It's a quesion of HOW, not WILL OR NOT.
