IDIR: 两个边界一个梦 (阿尔及利亚)

Idir 在阿尔及利亚柏柏尔语 [Amazigh (Berber)] 文化复兴中扮演着重要的角色，他的音乐更象是配乐的诗章——只可惜听不懂，英文翻译歌词也不太好找。Idir 用音乐传达着撒哈拉原住民对自由的渴望——即使有历史上的阿拉伯强权统制和近代的法国殖民，他们的土著语言和文化依然能够得以保留。
[Deux rives, un reve] 法国版（上图左）是Idir 20多年的音乐精选辑，2003年美国版发行的时候叫 [Two Borders, One Dream]，其实还可以有更诗意的翻译：Two Shores, One Streaming Dream, 两个海岸，一个流动的梦。这首悲天悯人的 Pourquoi cette pluie? (Why All This Rain) 讲是长期的天灾人祸（伊斯兰极端份子的武装与政府军发生多次冲突，而且2001年发生了一次大洪水，淹没许多村庄和房屋），给人民带来了深重的灾难。

Idir 在世界音乐领域以早年发行的 [A Vava Inouva] 开始被外界了解阿尔及利亚土著民谣。1999年发行的[Identites]（上图右）是对 Idir 的致敬专辑，集合了 Manu Chao, Orchestre National de Barbes, Zebda, Gnawa Diffusion 等一群来自非洲、法国、爱尔兰的世界音乐人，其中一首 Azwaw 由Idir 和另一名来自阿尔及利亚的著名RAI歌手Cheb Mami 合作演绎。现在我正在极力搜寻这张唱片。
